About the Department
Marathwada shikshan parsarak mandal, aurangabad established shri shivaji college, parbhani in 1961 to provide value based and quality education to the students of this region. The department of economics established in 1961 right from the inception of college. & PG starts from 2019.
The department of economics is one of the active departments in the same college. Our credit that many students enrolled for post-graduation in the economics. The department of economics has produced many meritorious students. Students from the department are working in different fields of society. Department of economics provides guidance and promote the students for higher education, competitive examination etc. The department of economics arrange seminars, survey and educational tours to create interest and better understanding of the subject among the students.
